2. Boot to DOS with WIN98 SE bootdisk.
3. Insert floppy disk with DSRFIX.COM file and type DSRFIX /D > A:\DSRFIX.TXT
4. Email to dsrfix@goodells.net the Dell PC model and the DSRFIX.TXT dumpfile
5. Wait for Dan Goodell's reply.
Edit: Create a bootable CD or Flash Drive if you don't have a floppy drive. Go here for instructions. Scroll down to "How Do I Boot to DOS?"
