Help with mdmxsdk.sys

Question

Hi I had to recently format my hard drive and re install Windows XP service pack 2. I am not able to connect to internet.My device manager consistently points out errors with my PCI modem driver not installed as there is no mdmxsdk.sys file. Can somebody help me with this?? I have Dell Latitude D600 Cheers Mrinal
