On the OE main screen go to File>Identities>Manage Identities> hightlight "Main Identity" >Properties > Change Password. Click OK. Close OE and then reopen it and your new password should work.

With a new cable provider you probably also have a new e-mail addy. In order to use that with OE you will need to go to Tools; Accounts and set up your new e-mail addy.
