hi Bennet_rk

Why Does the Error Message Appear that Sonic Drive Letter Access Is Incompatible with Microsoft® Windows Vista™?
Microsoft Windows Vista may report that Sonic Drive Letter Access (a.k.a. Roxio Drag-to-Disc) is incompatible after Windows Vista starts. However, an update is now available for Windows Vista compatibility.

A patch is now available at http://docs.roxio.com/patches/d2d3290.exe

More details on how to resolve the problem can be found here.

hi Bennet_rk

Thank God this came out.

I was getting the Blue Screen of Death everytime (60-70 times a week...) I tried to run an AVI file in Adobe Premiere, Microsoft Movie Maker, Windows Media Player 11, etc etc etc......on my brand new Dell XPS that I specifically purchased for digital video editing!

Install this update to address a set of known application compatibility issues with Windows Vista:

Update for Windows Vista (KB932246)

This Microsoft Knowledge Base Article lists the numerous fixes for the numerous programs this Update affects:

I was beginning to think that VISTA was a complete bust, since I never had any problem with XP digital video programs.
