HELP!!!!!

Question

Can someone help me please?   I don't know if i have a virus or something else happened to my computer.   text on some windows just disappeared, and i get blank windows.   i can't do search, the search option window is blank! i can't install some programs cause i get blank windows without any text or buttons!   i don't know what to do!!! Do i need to reinstall windows ?   Please help!

i did a virus scan and checked spywares and its all clean.

i tried to install mcafee antivirus, but i got blank white screen instead of install's operations.

i also got an error msg "NotifyAlert.exe Common Language Runtime Debugging Services",

i uninstalled dell's support (i read it's related...) and i stopped getting this error, but i still get blank windows with no text or buttons.

i don't know if this error and the problem i have are related,

i don't know what to do next!

Notify Alert is Dell Support that does not work right with XP SP2. You can remove it in Add/remove programs and you'll not miss it.
