"Hide Inactive Icons" Not Working, Help Please!!!
I already have the "Hide Inactive Icons" ENABLED with the checkmark but it doesn't work.
Can you tell me if I have to do some other tweak to get this working?

Where are you enabling the hide icons? The proper way is to RIGHT click on a blank space on the task bar, then Left click on Properties. When the Panel comes up, click the Customize button and that will bring up the panel to select how you want the icons to work.
But, I've had problems with the hide working and now have one icon (that I rarely use) set as "always hide" and that insures the Left arrow button shows and it seems to "fix" the hide icons.
