HJT LOG - Please Help!

Hello there, I was hoping that someone could look over my HJT log and tell me what I need to get rid of - Adaware keeps finding the same file over and over, and I fear that I have some insidious program running that keeps downloading it, any help that you can offer would be greatly appreciated! thanks again,
