To activate Dell™ DataSafe™ PC-to-PC Transfer online without the activation e-mail, you will need to go to the activation website by clicking on the title below.
If your new Dell system came with Datasafe online then there should already be a Datasafe application installed. When you first click on this application it will take you to a registration page which lets you chose a username and create your free trial account. Do you not have the Datasafe client installed? If you do have it installed, is it possible that someone else who uses your computer has already registered the service? It is unique per service tag so only one per machine is available.
If you want to see what Datasafe online is about, there is actually a free 1 month trial that you can sign up for. I know it's not quite the same but if you're interested, send me a PM or an email (check my profile) and I'd be happy to show you how to sign up for a free trial.
