How do you restart your computer in safe mode?
i havent figured it out i have used the control panal, the task manager, and set programs access and defaults. what should i do?

as soon as the Dell screen goes away, tap F8 repeatedly until you see a text screen prompting you to pick a boot type. select safe mode.
