You are very naive about viruses. Limewire is one of the most dangerous applications out there. Not to mention that the FBI is probably monitoring the downloads of pirated software. Good luck.
Create a new folder on your desktop and with the right click unzip option specify the path to the newly created folder and click ok. Then usually either a setup file will appear or an ISO file that you have to burn on a cd to view.
It would be wise to scan it, just in case, before you enter the setup file.

XP has built-in unzipping capability. Right click the zip file and select Extract All, then specify the location for the files to be extracted.

If you got that file from Limewire, be double dog sure your antivirus in up to date and running when you unzip it.
