How to access Dell Digital Delivery info programmatically?
I've been asked to create records for all our workstations and what software their service tag can access through Dell Digital Delivery.
With Dell Warranty I can perform SOAP requests to document Ship Date, entitlements, ect.
How can I get access to Digital Delivery info in a similar manner? If not through something like a web API, can a query be run on our Dell account to provide this in an exportable format?
It would also be very helpful for auditing purposes to document the assigned key for each software product but this is by far secondary to just recording the software name & version.
I appreciate any assistance that can be provided. Thanks!

kdenham,
Service tag is in the BIOS or can be found with Belarc Advisor
Go to Drivers and Downloads enter your service tag, click on system configuration. It will tell what came with the system. If you click on warranty, it tells you the warranty information and ship date.

I think you may have responded to a different question. With all due respect:
> I explained that I can access warranty information already.
> I didn't ask anything about detecting the Service Tag.
> I don't see anything in the website you directed me to that includes Dell Digital Delivery.
> If there were something on DDD in the page you referred me to, it's not programmatic access (besides maybe HTML scrapping).
Could you please reread my request?
Thanks,
Kevin
