How to change/move the Taskbar

I always have the taskbar at the bottom BUT something happened & it's now at the top of the sceen.
This has happened before but don't remember how to get it back to the bottom? 
 
Dimension 4550 w XP
 
I hope someone will be able to help me....Thank you!

Right click on the taskbar and be sure it is Not locked, unlock it if necessary, then you can drag it back where you want it, then lock it.

Right click on the taskbar and click Lock The taskbar. The taskbar is now unlocked now click so you get the arrows and then drag the taskbar to the rightside of te desktop. Once you have it on the right side then drag it down to the bottom.

The taskbar is NOT locked but I'm still having problems!!!   I got it into 1 line but it's still on the top...

Just drag it to the bottom.

Thanks!   The problem was I had too much on the Taskbar but once I had
removed one thing so I had some room, I had no problem...duh!
