How to get a Musicmatch key code

Question

With my new computer I paid for MusicMatch 9.0 Premium. When I try to use mm it wants a key code. Should this code come on a cd for the software. If so, I did not get a cd nor do I have a key code. Calling Dell has been a waste of time because all that happens is I am placed from one person to another.

Does anyone know how I get a Key code.

Did you try Dell customer service?  That may be the best point.

Yes I did try customer care who then sent me to hardware who in turn sent me to the paid helpdesk. The paid helpdesk could not help because they don't have key codes they are there if a virus or worm attackes my computer. They did try to find where my product key should be. The girl helping me got the run around to.

I do have may key now, emailed musicmatch with tag # and less than 24 hours they got back to me. Unlike Dell that took 7 days just to find someone that would help and she was in the wrong department.

Open Musicmatch Software Click on Register You might get an option to retrieve the lost key Click on It and check if it provides you the key
