Yes I did try customer care who then sent me to hardware who in turn sent me to the paid helpdesk. The paid helpdesk could not help because they don't have key codes they are there if a virus or worm attackes my computer. They did try to find where my product key should be. The girl helping me got the run around to.
I do have may key now, emailed musicmatch with tag # and less than 24 hours they got back to me. Unlike Dell that took 7 days just to find someone that would help and she was in the wrong department.
