how to get" administrator user account" back
hi ......
while setting up parental control .................
by mistake, i made both user accounts to "standard user account", so that blocked me to change or control the computer.
it doesn't even allow me add another account to make "administrator user account", since i don't have administrator user account. it keep asking me for the administrator's password with a box that i can't even type...
in this case, do i have to reinstall the system or is there any better, faster, simple, easily way?
thank you for your prompt respond.....

Without having an unrestricted account, installing programs can be a huge problem. Looks like you may have to make copies of files and folders that you cannot aford to lose and reinstall the operating system.
