How to purchase a system disk

Hello, can someone tell me how to go about purchasing a system disk for my 3 year old Dell Inspiron 660.  My file system was damaged when I didn't accept the automated windows 10 upgrade now I can only boot in safe mode and the recovery files are corrupt. Thanks in advance.
