How to re-apply 832894 ?

Question

How do you get the Update site to read a good install of an uninstallable patch ? I tried the quiet string in the registry but it appears it really is uninstallable, for me anyways. I thought this was already answered by Denny but it doesn't show up in search.

So 832894 is installed but Windows Update says it's not? I think Microsoft updated the 832894 installer (not sure) just redownload and reinstall.

Yes they did re-post it but I can't figure out why. Same exact size, version,etc. My install went fine and it shows ups correctly in the registry/installed components as well as in IE/Help. Besides I don't like dirty installs especially of system files. I know my system is fine so I guess I won't worry about it. I just thought someone might have dealt with this before.
