How to resolve Sonic Update Manager Issues........

Description: Windows - when logging in, I get a pop-up message of:

Error: "Please enter a disk to install sonic manager updates"

What I did was:

1. Go to start/settings/control panel/add-remove programs and un-installed sonic update manager.

2. Go to installshield website at http://www.macrovision.com/downloads/index.shtml and downloaded installshield.

3. Go to Sonic's website at http://www.sonicjapan.co.jp/oem/sony/rnupdate_en.html and downloaded sonic update manager.

4. Go to the sonic digital media icon on your desktop and click on it, when the program opens click on help then update. If updates are being received then this means it works fine.

Note: I got mine working in less than 10 minutes.
