HTTP Error 12029

After 15 minutes of being on the internet, I can't browse the internet.  I keep getting this message" Http Error 12029.  I contacted my server and my server settings, etc. were okay.  I contacted Symantic regarding my firewall settings my Norton internet security 2004 and that was okay.  Now I don't know what to do about staying connected to internet explorer.  I have Windows XP2 and a 4600 Dimension...PLEASE HELP!!!

According to a similar problem on this post   CLICK ME  it may still be a Firewall problem.
 
Norton is not the best Firewall around and tends to be "overly" protective at times.  Temporarily disable Norton Firewall and see if you still get the error. Also, since you have Norton, make sure the Windows XP firewall is disabled.  If you have both running at the same time there can be conflicts and problems.
