i need help
Yes my computer has been acting up lately i was able to get on the net for a very short amount of time.... then these pop ups started to flood my screen and my computer atamatically shut down.... just a few days ago i put norton antivirus on there and it didnt get to download all the way before it shut down.... now it says i need to uninstal the software but everytime i try to it shuts down and i have no clue what to do....please help!!!!

If you cannot stay online to run the scans below, download some of the programs with another machine and run them on the problem computer. Stay offline to run the programs and it might not shut down.
If there is an improvement try to run the online scans then too.
