ialmrnt5 display driver errors with the Sims 2

I install the Sims.. The game loads and previews fine. But right in the middle of loading the screen freezes and gets all off- color and says "ialmrnt 5 display driver error" and that my internal graphics adapter stopped working?

Help Please!

I have Windows XP home edition.
