bbtiger,

Another approach, which may help us help you figure out what is causing the problem in the first place, is when you get the error message requesting you to send an error report, click on the link to see the Details of the Error Report.  If you tell us the AppName and ModName involved in the error, we might be able to figure out how to solve the problem.

You are infected with a spyware parasite. Download, install, update, and run Ad-Aware and Spybot and let these programs remove all of the garbage that they find.

http://www.lavasoftusa.com Ad-Aware

http://www.safer-networking.org/index.php?page=download Spybot

These programs will not likely solve the problem, but is a required first step in getting rid of the easily removable spyware that is likely on your computer.  Next, go to the following site and follow the directions to download and run the analysis tool called HijackThis.

Generate a log file, then open it and copy and paste the text of the log file in a message in the the forum at:

http://tomcoyote.com/forums/index.php

where a certified HijackThis expert can offer advice on how to fix the remaining problems, including the inetkw.dll:

I get a Runtime Error.

It says program C:/Progra~1/Common~/tsa/ts.exe

Then underneath that it says abnormal program termination

What does this means?

bbtiger,

If you're referring to HijackThis logs, see if  this information from Texruss helps.

You have to remember that (1) spyware/malware is running rampant across the internet.  (2) The volunteers that have been trained to analyze a HijackThis log and offerinig advice on how to fix problems without further hurting your computer are few in number,   (3) they are all volunteers (no one gets paid to perform this service for your, and (4) a thorough analysis of a HijackThis log requires a considerable amount of time.  There are just too many people that practice unsafe computing habits, too many spwyare/malware miscreants that trick the unsafe computer user into downloading/installing this garbage, and too few volunteers to help people get rid of it.  You have to have patience.  Alternatively, you can post your log on one of the other forums where HijackThis experts hang out - http://forums.spywareinfo.com/index.php for example, and perhaps someone can get to it faster.
