IE Keeps Restarting
I can be messing around in Documents, moving files around, when I'll get a warning that Internet Explorer is restarting. This happens when I'm not even on the internet, Internet Explorer is not even open ... so why is it contantly restarting?
Even if IE was open, why does copying and moving mp3 files around cause it to restart.

If it is Windows Explorer then it keeps popping up a screen stating "Internet Explorer is Shutting Down" or "Internet Explorer is Not Responding". Although I do have a cable internet connection, this is while I'm not connected to the internet ... IE has not been opened. I am taking your advice and running scans for Spyware and Malware. I hope that will help.
I've had this laptop for two years now and System Restore has NEVER worked. Calling Dell Tech Support has been a complete waste of time. Even after doing a clean reinstallation, restore still will not work. TS gave up after that.
