Here is the link that should explain the uninstall/install procedure. The older IE-SPYAD must be uninstalled before you install the newer version. There is also a batch file that will assist in the process.
In internet explorer, go to tools>internet options>security tab>restricted sites and click on "sites". You will find a list of all the sites that were added by IE-SPYADS.

Have any idea where in the registry IE-SPYAD adds all of it entries at?

Just adding to Yellowhammer's post.

You can view / edit these sites to your liking.
P.S. Give the sites time to load.
