IE7 C++ Runtime error after installing MS Vista

I experienced an error after installing Vista - a Visual C++ runtime error in iexpore.exe   Dells support said to right click and run as Administrator - however this does not fully remove the nag problem.   However another fix is it remove the User Account Control features - and removes the nag screen altogether.   Under Contol Panel ( Classic view)>'User Control' > click the 'Turn User Accounts On or Off'   You'll have to restart, and let it nag you after restart, but it seems to fix the problem
