IEXPLORE.EXE - Application Error

I just closed out of IE and got this message.....

The Instruction at "0x10003e8d" referenced memory at "0x10003e8d". The memory could not be "read". Click OK to terminate the program.

What does this mean? Should I be concerned about this error?
