Ikeep getting a .dll error message
when I try an MP3 program that I installed I get an error message saying that I am missing a .dll file called MSVCR71.DLL how do I get this file.
No Events found!

You can download a copy of the file from here. It is in the file M12 (list on the right side of the screen). It belongs in C:\Windows\System.
