Hi,

Have you installed Java?

In IE click Tools and "Sun Java Console" should be in the drop down box

If it appears there, check that it is enabled
IE/Tools/Internet Options/Security/Custom   (at bottom)

Scroll down to bottom to
Scripting of Java applets
Check “Enable”

Then click the Advanced Tab
Scroll half-way down and make sure Java is enabled here too

If you don`t have it go here to download it

I just tried out your page with the links you posted. They all work on my system, XP by default does not load VM (Microsoft virtual machine KB 816093), which you have to install yourself, as well as java (on http:javasun.com), or simply type in Java Sun Home page in your browser search engine bar and click search! Microsoft virtual machine is better for internet explorer, java is better for Firefox, Opera, Netscape, Mozilla, etc for mozilla core browsers! Also make certain you have current active x controls (macromedia.com) to update flash player and shockwave!

For me www.help.sap.com gave server not found. however http://help.sap.com works fine, as does the second link in skyrules post.

I use Sun Java with IE and other IE based browsers. MS VM has not been updated for a long time.
