Inspiron One - Unhandled Exception.

This post was posted in the wrong category, but I'm having the exact same problem with my refurbished Inspiron One. I'm using Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit. Hi all.  I bought a refurbished Dell Inspiron One, and the same error message has popped up right out of the box, before I installed anything.  It shows up at startup, at shutdown, when I open or close certain programs.  It doesn't seem to actually interfere with anything, but it's irritating.  Can anyone tell me how to fix it? Refurbished from whom?   If it was me, I'd reinstall Windows OS and the drivers myself.
