Install a printer driver update AFTER notification is gone?

I continue to get DELL PRINTER HUB notifications saying:

"Software update has been downloaded. To install the update, click install..."

The problem is that I cannot install it since I'm not an administrator. When I call the IT guys, the notification disappears.

They get on the computer and we can't seem to find where the update is to install. The notification has disappeared.

How can I call the IT guys and tell them where they can find a button to initiate the update installation?

Next time take a photo of the screen and send it to the IT dept.

I did that.  But they still can't find the file.  The notification doesn't have any information on where the file is located.
