You need a program that will allow that.  However, since Dell fourm rules prohibit discussing illegal copying (and having a program that runs from a CD on the hard drive COULD be in that category - it may not but it could).

What program?  Some do allow CDs to be copied to disk legally and others don't.  More informatio  is needed to resolve your question.  How is the program installed

I assume the following You have installed the applications.  When you start the application it asks for the CD.  Here is a possibility - it works for some applications.  Get a directory listing of the CD.   Look for a file called "autorun.inf".  If the file "autorun.inf" exists, post the contents, otherwise post the directory listing of the CD.

You didn't post the contents of the autorun.inf file.

If you start the application without the CD in the CD drive do you get a dialog box, and there is a browse window try this?  if true then copy the cd with all its folders and sub-folders to a new directory on your hard drive.  When the application starts and the dialog box opens asking for the CD hit the browse button and search for the Folder or sub folder where you copied the CD to.
