Install Shield - Update Manager

Every time I turn on my computer a pop-up box comes up which says:
 
Update Manager
 
Old version of the agent is installed.  Visit http://consumer.installshield.com for more information.
 
I have done this but there is absolutely nothing in their FAQs about this annoying pop-up message.  I have even emailed them weeks ago but no one is responding.
 
Suggestions anyone?

Have you tired downloading the update manager?  It should fix your problem: http://consumer.installshield.com/kb.asp?id=Q111006
