Installation Error with Dell Embassy Trust Suite by Wave

I could not rember my passphrase, so I deinstalled ETS, cleared the TPM in the BIOS enabled (reboot) and reinabled it and wanted to install the newest version (R126683) from the support site.
During installation I had some strange errors (Error installing PreBoot Manager) and then it started to uninstall but completed with an error --> ETS could not be started (because of missing EULA.txt).
So I wanted to uninstall ETS, but thru the control panel immediately error "An error occuerd in Installer and must be ended" The details are as following:

"AppName: installer.exe AppVer: 1.2.1.0 ModName: installer.exe
ModVer: 1.2.1.0 Offset: 000059a9"

Trying to reinstall it from "C:\dell\drivers\R126683" starts but short after configuring the "NTRU Hybrid TSS v2.0.7" the same error occures as above.

The machine is a Latitude D820 with 2GB RAM, WinXP SP2 (latest patches).

How can I un-/reinstall ETS???

Thanks for your help!

P.S.
btw: I could start ETS after creating EULA.txt into the progdir, but the boot option is not contained

I have a similar problem, when I try to install ETS back on from the downloaded installation file on support.dell.com I get an error message when it tries to load the prerequisits. I don't have the computer in front of me right now, but it says something about not being able to find some install log file or something. Please help as I don't want to reload the whole computer. Oh yeah, I've tried system restore back to before I uninstalled and it hasn't helped either.

Thanks
