Installation Languages - Error 105

I recently upgraded from windows 98 to XP.  I am now tring to get my AVG antivirus (by Girsoft) to work properly with XP.  I uninstalled it and deleted the remaining folder in program files.  I also re-downloaded the setup file to get the latest version.  When it try to install, I get an error that says "Setup is unable to find the installation languages in C:\...........\SETUP.LID.     Error 105."  Please let me know what could be causing this error.  Thank you very much.

That seems to be a problem with the AVGsetup, not XP. Maybe the download was corrupted in some way?
