Installation of Microsoft Flight Simulator 2002

Can Microsoft Flight Simulator 2002 be installed to Dell Dimension 4700C, Window XP, SP2 Home Edition? I have a problem to install the software beyond 48% point (where MicrosoftGames\FS2002\gmax\gmaxsetup.cab be installed), then stop the installation and the statement " make sure the hard disc in not full and the file is not in use" appears.  I am not familiar with the computer system, but  I know I have enough space on my hard disc. Appreciate your help.
