Installing Windows Cleanup utility

Question

Dell Inspiron 530s - Vista OS.  While trying to download Microsoft Windows Cleanup Utility I get the following error message:   I have no idea what this means or why I cannot install the cleanup facility.   My purpose was to uninstall Java files which cannot be uninstalled by the usual means thru control panel.   Please advise.

Since your picture didn't show up, let's see what you need. Go to Windows Updates and make sure you have .net Framework, needed to run many applications.

Download Latest Java

Any traces left, then try downloading Windows Installer CleanUp Utility

Then try running it. Any error messages?

Try using CCleaner for uninstalling http://www.filehippo.com/download_ccleaner/
