Installshield problems

Question

Hi, can anyone help?   On trying to remove programs from add/remove in the control panel the following message appears: InstallShield (R) Setup Launcher has encountered a problem and needs to close. As such I am unable to remove any programs! I have tried system restore and I believe Installshield was removed on a previous unistall of a program. Any help would be appreciated Kind Regards to all Kevin

Use this web site as a fix: http://consumer.installshield.com/kb.asp?id=Q111006 You simply need to update your installshield.
