InstallShield Wizard problem
Trying to install Sony Picture Package on a Inspiron 8600 with XP Professional on it.
Follow the directions, yes I am doing it under admin, it starts, gets to the the place it where it shows the folder location, click on install and the hour class starts but nothing happens. Did check sony's site, - nothing - all I got is a phone number (not 800)

I would clean out all temp Internet files, run a reg cleaner, defrag and try once or twice more to install it.
If you can install other programs without this trouble I would suspect a corrupted copy of the program.
You will have to try to get another version. If it was a CD from a shop take it back and ask for another.
