Interactive training not working small biz

Hi have the microsoft small business interactive training software that was installed on my computer. IT worked for awhile and I haven'e used it much at all

 

I wanted to look at the Excell training and this is what happens.

 

Sign in user name and password

When the sylllabus window pops up it ONLY gives me the choce of AUDIO ONLY

 

I click and it takes me to the next window which is the contents for the chapters

I click one lesson and it (AUDIO) tells me what I will learn in this lesson

right after that a window pops up that says.

 

CANNOT FIND SPECIFIED FILE. MAKE SURE THE PATH AND FILE NAME ARE CORRET.

 

 

Does anyone know how to correct this.

Dell support couldn't fix it  and Microsoft was of no help either.
