Internet connection setup?

Hi folks,
I just got a new computer. It has a dial up modem. What I'd like to do is
have an icon on my desktop that I can "click" and have the following things
happen...
Dial up my server and connect to the internet, then go directly
to my home page which is "my Yahoo".  Now I have to click on my ISP, I get a
message that I'm connected after the dial up. Then I click on internet
explorer.
Just want to make one click and let everything happen, then wind up at My
Yahoo.
        Thanks for any help

smurfsdad,

Open IE to your home page. Right-click on that page and select "Create shortcut." A shortcut to the page will be placed on your desktop. Double-click that shortcut and the system should dial, connect, and open to that page.

I thought this sounded like a wonderful idea. I tried it.. but when I right clicked- making a shortcut was not an option.... What else could I try?
I use Netscape mostly...
