Internet Exploer

Question

I am having issues with the time it takes to open ie up.  It generally takes 10-20 seconds.  I believe this is rather slow.  Can anyone give me any ideas of whats wrong?  this is the only program doing this.  i have defragged the hd, run av and spyware.  thanks. Open IE and go to Tools/ Internet options, on the general tab hit delete files (In the temporary Internet Files section), then tick the 'delete all offline content', hit OK, may take a while if you have not done this in a while. You can delete cookies also if you want. You should clean temporary internet files on a regular basis.
