When you get the error report message, click on the link to Show Details of the error report.  Tell us the AppName and ModName involved in the error, and perhaps we can help.

Unfortunately, the error message is pretty useless.  It's just telling you that something that internet explorer depends on is hanging.  Since most of the problems being reported with Internet Explorer these days are due to spyware and malware, I would suggest removing all of this possible corruption from you system.  If you have not already done so, download, install, update, and run Ad-Aware and Spybot and let these programs remove all of the garbage that they find.

If this doesn't solve the problem, post back and we can explore further.

I've already downloaded the Ad Aware, but during the running of it the IE error appeared on top and I couldn't see the results of the scan and be able to complete the program.

So, close IE.  Also run Spybot.

All seems well now.  Spybot found 4 critical areas.  Thanks for the help.
