Internet Explorer problem -- condensed view / font issues

Starting a few weeks ago, I noticed that some (not all, but quite a few) Explorer websites display with much larger font sizes than before.  Also, on these sites, the right 1/4 of the screen is blank.  It is as if the display was pushed from right to left, condensing the viewing area, pushing up the font size and leaving a blank column all along the right side.

Now, this is not a problem for Hotmail and some other sites, but is a problem for ESPN, CNN, and most other sites.

I'm confused.  I did install Zone Alarm about that time, but not sure how / if it would cause this problem

Suggestion / Guidance / Advice appreciated

Try this, may or may not work.  Go to Control Panel/Internet Options, click accessability. Check the last two ignore font size/color boxes.  If it doesnt help revert back.  Kip

I did try that -- unfortunately no dice.

Has anybody else experienced this?  Other suggestions?
