Internet keeps crashing
Hello everyone,
I am currently over seas in Afghanistan and every time I try to download something (Skype, Firefox, Facebook video chat) my internet Explorer crashes. The computer did a scan and says WindowsBlinds needs to be updated to correct the problem. However every time I try to update Explorer once again crashes. I talked to the monitors of the internet over here and they say its not due to the internet and that it must be a Windows problem. Can anyone help me with this?

Hi,
Welcome to the Community. It could be an infection on your computer. Press the F8 key at the Dell Logo, select Safe mode with networking, and download Malwarebytes available on the internet. Install and run a scan, this will check for infections and remove them for you as well.
I also suggest you run a SFC scan, Open an elevated command prompt. To do this, click Start, click All Programs, click Accessories, right-click Command Prompt, and then click Run as administrator. If you are prompted for an administrator password or for a confirmation, type the password, or click Allow. Type sfc /scannow, and then press Enter, after it completes restart your computer.
Thank you
Royan

It could be an addin disrupting internet explorer. Go to start > Accessories > System Tools > Internet Explorer (No Addons).
Does the same problem occur?
