Issue with "win7.dell.com" website, regarding Windows & Upgrade

Good Day,

I have repeatedly tried to access my free Windows 7 Upgrade option for https://win7.dell.com/default.aspx. The website says that my laptop does qualify for the upgrade. But when I am about to input more information about my system and create an account the next webpage comes up blank. Is there another way I can register for my windows 7 upgrade?
