iTunes help
I recently got a new laptop and downloaded iTunes (within the last month). Things were working fine until today when I tried to listen to a CD using iTunes. If I let it be, it would play choppy and if I tried to skip ahead in the track, a blue screen flashd with a lot of words and the computer restarted. When it came back on, it said Windows recovered from a serious error. This happened many times until I gave up. I tried talking to the Apple people and they said there might be a patch or something to download to fix it, if I talked to Windows people. Any suggestions?
