It sounds like you updated first,than removed the older versions.Older versions should be removed first.
 
I just checked explorer and found older vesions myself and deleted them.
 
Add/remove is not the most stable program.

tomron, as you say above, I updated first, then deleted the older versions.  Will you please tell me the reason why older versions of Java should be removed first?
 
So to delete the folders that add/remove did not remove , I just highlight the folder and hit the delete key, right?

I'll remember to remove the old Java before I install a new version next time.
