Java Sun Microsoft JVM

prior to updating win98SE to WinXP HE 2 I was able to log onto an Astronomy web site.  Since installing WinXP HE2 I can log onto this site but when I try to open a particular screen called "Interactive Sky Chart" the chart will open in "black" with a small RED X at the upper left corner of the screen.
Turned off (temp) Pop up blocker, but still cannot open this site.
A notice appears saying the problem may be due to JAVA Sun Microsoft JVM not installed.
I install Java but the chart still will not open.
Any "Sky gazers out there that can help"
Thanks

I think you need to install Java.

Momobodog:  I just installed this from the web site you gave and I was informed that I already have Java Sum Microsoft installed.  Still can't open the page displayed.

Try activating it from this bypass link:

According to their website, " If the Sky Chart fails to work properly, please reinstall your Java plug-in — available free from java.com . You may also need to activate the Java plug-in manually".
