On the same page that offers version 3810 of VM there is a link to download version 3805 (it's simply higher on the page). The earlier version is required because 3810 simply applies changes to 3805 and is not a standalone application.
The Javascript error may not be related to VM. Go to Tools|Internet Options|Security tab in Internet Explorer. Click the Custom Level button and under Scripting enable all three entries.
Hey Denney,,Thanks for your reply,,I did what you told me..but each one was already marked enabled...not sure what else to do..Know I have had a computer for a while,,just time to try and fix this one...this is a wireless laptop,,so you think that has something to do with it? My main system is fine, and I can get everything on it,,but I find this a little upsetting when I have to change computers,,,Thanks again Beachtiger
There must be something going on with the latest MS updates. I have not had a Java issue in two years on my network and I have had to reinstall it 2-3 times on some systems to get it to work without errors.
Well I've got the Inspiron/1100...thought sure it would come with it on it already..but everytime I try to click on pictures to enlarge or see other pictures, it always says no Java Script..I have installed 3805/and 3810...I hope I have not messed up anything,,,,what do you think?
