JIT Debugger

Alright I need some help and it seems others on the web are having the same issue. Received my 4th HDD and wanted to run 2 in Raid 0, 1 as a true backup and 1 just for games etc.. So I reformatted and installed MCE etc.. from the Dell CD's! This was done last about 2 weeks ago and since this past weekend anytime I open Media Center and click on TV it's telling me to download the guide.. Try to dowload and it's throwing an error 23! And when I exit out of MCE it's throwing a JIT Debugger message.. Tried both options (OK and Cancel) and the only one that seems to do something is when I click cancel and it attaches a debugger to the crash... It sat there doing nothing for over 3 hrs last night... Meaning I clicked cancel and seemed to lock up even though I was able to use my mouse. I've spent since Sat afternoon trying to figure out and nothing works.. Tried unistalling .NET hotfix, Net version 1, 1.1 and 2 and re-installed and that didn't work. Rolling back the date to Oct 31st or before = nothing. When I try to enter the guide manually, it shows the TV channels in Channel 2, 3, and 4 so I know that side of things is working.. The only thing I didn't try was running the CD and correct for errors (repair) or try doing it all over.. If it doesn't work soon I'm gonna have to do that but was hoping someone could help!

**Also one other question: in device manager I have one piece of hardware that's not showing up. Meaning windows isn't finding a driver for it. I've listed everything and compared it to the list and I installed everything!! I can't figure out whats missing so is there a way/trick to find out what it is? Under properties it lists some info but ran searches with that info = nothing! Aside from what Dell gave me in the 400 I purchased a new GPU, 24inch monitor, hard drives, RAM, USB 5 port Card, and games of course..

Should have never formatted for RAID because since then this issue is one I just can't figure out!
