Juno - ISP
I have removed server Juno from my control panel's programs list , why does the name still remain while the program is no longer there! If I must go to registry to remove just the remaining name from add/remove window, what are the necessary steps to follow. HELP!!!

Thanks for your most kind reply, but I am new at this computer game and from just the few lines I read from the articles, I can really screw up things even worse! I am going to contact a dell rep.
